Welcome to Lakeside, Oregon!

Lakeside is located on the Oregon coast about midway between North Bend and Reedsport. Like all the cities on the south Oregon coast, its climate is rather mild year round. Lakeside’s economy is tourism based. Visitors primarily come to Lakeside for outdoor activities associated with Tenmile Lake and the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, which include waterskiing, jet skiing, beachcombing, camping, fishing, hunting, boating, hiking, scuba diving, dune riding, wind surfing, horseback riding, swimming, picnicking, and sightseeing.
